CNC 3-axis mobile upright machining center (in versions with a stationary platform and a pneumatically controlled platform) able to machine on 5 sides of the profile using special accessories. It is also available in the CNC 4-axis version that can work on any side of the profile thanks to the rotation of the motorized table on which the profile is positioned. The vice table can tilt 180° (±90°), by means of brushless motors controlled directly by the machining center’s CNC control. It has 3 different vice positioning possibilities: manual, positioning by means of the X axis carriage and separate motorization. Equipped with a 7.35 HP electric spindle, a fixed 7-position tool storage magazine, with automatic tool change-over, located in the middle of the base in its own protected enclosure. All the linear guides and recirculating-ball screws are lubricated by an automatic centralized system.
